Yes. No appointment is needed for urgent care. Walk in to any Palm Urgent Care location during business hours for same-day treatment.
Do you accept Medi-Cal?
Yes. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, Community Health Group, Molina, Blue Shield, Tricare, Covered California, Aetna, Cigna, UHC and other major plans.
What are your hours?
El Cajon Mollison and Magnolia are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM. National City and San Ysidro are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Do you offer mental health services?
Yes. Licensed providers offer confidential individual, couples and family therapy, including trauma-informed and refugee-informed care by appointment.
